Brenna Rosales's Profile
Allow Me to Reintroduce Myself
My name is Brenna Rosales, and I began my real estate career in 2008 as a newly divorced mother of four, determined to create a new life for my family. The housing market had just crashed, and while many agents were leaving the industry, I had no option but to succeed—and I did. In my first full year, I sold 11 homes. In my second, 23. While others were walking away from real estate, my business was thriving.
Those early years taught me resilience, grit, and the importance of deep industry knowledge. I quickly became skilled in short sales, foreclosures, new construction, and residential resale. I launched my career in Lawton/Ft. Sill, Oklahoma—home to a major military base—where I gained extensive experience working with military families and relocation clients.
It was a military move that initially brought my family to Oklahoma, but with four young children and a desire to raise them in a place with great schools and quality of life, I soon set my sights on Colorado Springs. Known as one of the first cities in the nation to recover from the housing crash—and one of the most beautiful “little big” cities I’d ever seen—it quickly felt like home. In 2012, we relocated here, not knowing a single soul. It was faith that brought us, and faith that carried us through what came next.
In 2016, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome). These diagnoses began what would be several challenging years of trying to live as full and “normal” a life as possible.
Through it all, my faith deepened. My career endured thanks to the support of loyal clients and referrals from past buyers, sellers, and fellow agents. I can’t imagine a profession more rewarding or more accommodating in times of hardship. I’m incredibly grateful for the trust my clients have placed in me—not just once, but again and again, as they and their loved ones have continued to choose me for their real estate needs.
Today, I bring over 17 years of experience in nearly every type of real estate transaction. I’m a Certified Negotiation Expert, a skilled problem-solver, and a fierce advocate for my clients. But more than anything, I’m someone who cares deeply about relationships. I don’t just want to help you buy or sell one home—I want to be your lifelong Realtor, the one you turn to for years to come, and the one you confidently refer to your friends and family.
Real estate has given so much to me. It’s a gift to be able to give that same level of care, commitment, and satisfaction back to you.
Let’s do this—together.
